Finding Your Voice & Speaking Your Truth

Do you find that you know your needs and can even craft a judgment-free OFNR statement, yet in the moment—or with certain people the words just don’t come out?

Or maybe you manage to voice your needs, but find yourself stuck, unable to find a way forward with the other person, leaving you questioning whether this approach to communication really works?

Here’s what you can look forward to learning in this training:

• Discover and express your authentic voice in the moments and relationships that matter most to you.

• Recognise and work compassionately with your inner judgments, gaining clarity about your true needs.

• Reframe your offering so that the other hears it as a gift and not a punishment.

• Gain insights into how our nervous systems shape interactions, and learn how to work with this awareness to foster understanding.

• Build confidence in advocating for your needs effectively and consistently.

The session will involve reflection, discussion, practice and role play.

Pre-requirements:

Please ensure you have completed a Level 1, NVC Foundation Training before attending this session.

Fee Range:

Individual rates (If you are paying for the training from your own pocket)

• £125: If you earn less than £20k before tax

• £165: If you earn £20k - £30k before tax

• £205: If you earn £30k - £45k before tax

• £265: If you earn more than £45k before tax

Organisation rates - (If your employer is paying for your place on the training)

• £180: Small Charity rate (fewer than 15 employees)

• £215: Public sector / Large Charity rate (NHS, local Council, large charity, Education)

• £265: Private sector rate: (If you work for a profit-making company)

I ask you to consider our mutual needs for sustainability when you choose what to pay. If cost is a barrier to participating please get in touch and let me know what works for you.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel up to 1 week before the start date I am willing to refund your contribution less £10 admin fee, or transfer your booking to a future training.  If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before the start date I am happy to  transfer your booking to a future training.
