Finding Your Voice & Speaking Your Truth

Do you find that you know what your needs are and you are able to craft a judgement free OFNR statement, but somehow in the moment, or with certain people, the words just don’t come out?

Or maybe you find the courage to articulate your needs but don’t seem to be able to find a way forward with this person leaving you doubting whether this way of communicating really works.

This session will enable you to: 

• Find your authentic voice with the people and situations that matter to you

• Reframe your offering as a gift instead of a punishment

• Connect with your jackals and get clear about what is really important

• Understand how nervous systems are influencing the outcome

• Be an advocate for your needs more of the time 

The session will involve reflection, discussion, practice and role play.

Pre-requirements:

Please ensure you have completed a Foundation training before attending this session.

Proposed Fee Range:

Individual rates (If you are paying for the training from your own pocket)

• £125: If you earn less than £20k before tax

• £165: If you earn £20k - £30k before tax

• £205: If you earn £30k - £45k before tax

• £265: If you earn more than £45k before tax

Organisation rates - (If your employer is paying for your place on the training)

• £180: Small Charity rate (fewer than 15 employees)

• £215: Public sector / Large Charity rate (NHS, local Council, large charity, Education)

• £265: Private sector rate: (If you work for a profit-making company)

I ask you to consider our mutual needs for sustainability when you choose what to pay. If cost is a barrier to participating please get in touch and let me know what works for you.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel up to 1 week before the start date I am willing to refund your contribution less £10 admin fee, or transfer your booking to a future training.  If you cancel your booking less than 1 week before the start date I am happy to  transfer your booking to a future training.
